Description

This module covers strategic issues and methods including strategic decision-making, risk management and the nature and source of competitive advantage to explore how leaders can develop strategies to achieve strategic goals within everchanging markets. Learners will be introduced to theoretical and practical concepts in order to help address new strategic and organisational demands in their workplace.
